Do I need to provide anything to the therapist for my treatment?
All sheets, table, paperwork and anything needed for massage therapy treatment will be provided by the therapist.

Can I claim massage on my benefits?
Most benefits packages cover Registered Massage Therapy. Check your benefits to see what is available to you!

Do you direct bill?
Yes, we direct bill to Manulife, Great-West Life, Desjardin Insurance, and Chambers of Commerce Group financial plan, CINUP, Cowan, First Canadian, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Inc, Johnston Group Inc, Maximum benefits, Sun life Financial and Green Shield. 

What method of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, visa and master card. We also direct bill a variety of insurance companies.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Our Massage Therapists only get paid after a treatment so we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancelation so that we may have time to book another client for that time period. Failure to do so may result in full charge of treatment.

Are all Massage Therapist Registered at A Therapeutic Touch?
Yes all our Therapists are fully Registered.
