Massage therapy is a treatment involving a variety of techniques to manipulate the joints and soft tissue in the body. Common in treating acute to chronic injuries and daily discomfort.

SPORTS MASSAGE
This treatment is generally a short treatment for athletes, from weekend warriors to professionals. The treatment varies depending on sport, training, time of event ect. Therapist may use this pre, intra or post treatment and is usually on site of the event.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
This massage is preformed for mothers to be. The treatment provides comfort and helps with carrying infant to term and aids in a faster recovery. Usually done sideline.
ATHLETIC TAPING
Athletic taping is growing more common in the world of athletes from professionals to weekend warriors but it has also started to become quite popular for everyday use to improve posture and aid in maintaining everyday activities (i.e. typing, lifting, sitting). There are different types of tapes for different purposes such as working with the muscle, preventing motion or acting as a reminder during activities.
CRANIOSACRAL
Craniotherapy is a light touch manipulation of the fluid and rythm through the skull and tension down to the sacrum relieving body pain and dysfunction and imporving whole body health. Used commonly for tension related, nervous system and mental disorders.
THERAPEUTIC ULTRASOUND
Therapeutic Ultrasound uses ultrasonic sound to cause healing effects on the body like increasing blood flow to a local area and help break down scar tissue. Used accordingly in treatment by our therapist.
CANINE MASSAGE
Your furry friends can get injuries and stress just like the rest of us. Treat them with some pampering with a massage!
CUPPING
Cupping in an alternative method growing popular in todays society. It has effects such as increasing circulation and reducing pain. We will soon be offering this treatment !
INFANT MASSAGE
Our therapist will work with parents and baby to develop skills that they can use on their little ones as they grow.
